Ian and Lee-Ann both hail from Queenstown in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. After spending four years discovering one of the most beautiful places in Africa, Cape Town, which offers excitement both in the sailing world and also the world of exotic cuisine, where one can find food design and taste from Asia to Europe, they have made the British Virgin Islands their home, exploring the vast and exotic getaways within.
Lee-Ann has always been passionate about the art of entertaining and has trained and worked on several up market super yachts in the waters of the beautiful Cape. She loves to discover different styles of cuisine from around the globe. Over the years, she has honed her culinary and presentation skills and has become adept in the galley whilst enjoying her role as chef and hostess. She is able to confidently present a balanced progression of tasty and interesting dishes always taking into consideration colours, textures, and flavours, whilst focusing on fusion cooking.
Ian and Lee-Ann are a young and energetic team making guest service their focus. They are always willing to share their love of snorkeling; diving; waterskiing; windsurfing; fishing and exhilarating sailing experience on crystal clear waters, whilst introducing their guests to all the endless islands there are in the beautiful BVI.
