Experience: Tony is an accomplished all round certified chef who delivers a world class level of service. He has many years of experience in all aspects of the catering and hospitality business, working in resorts, five star hotels, passenger liners (including the QE2), private yachts and for high profile individuals. Tony has travelled the world trouble shooting restaurants and has owned two restaurants himself. When asked about his favourite cuisine, he mentions fusion and French but he also expresses the fact that through his extensive travels he has developed his own style.
