They are a dynamic couple whose teamwork, attention to detail and jovial persona reflect in everything they do. Married in 1999, Mark and Kristen are strong teammates and best of friends.
CAPTAIN: As the captain, Mark Cochran brings to Captiva an in-depth knowledge of the Caribbean. He can also show his guests “hidden pleasures” of the area – the beautiful reefs and underwater world of the tropics. As an avid sports enthusiast, Mark is equally qualified and excited about teaching and coaching guests on the wide range of water toys Captiva boasts on board. You can be assured that Mark has abundant energy and can suggest a daily itinerary that is appropriate for every level of experience.
CHEF: As the Chef and 1st Mate on Captiva, Kristen Cochran will tantalize your taste buds with her aromatic creations and epicurean delights. Your gastronomic senses will be romanced from morning coffee service to our decadent “Captiva” dinners. Whether it is a spicy, Caribbean influenced dish or something more reminiscent of your mother’s comfort cooking, no request goes unfulfilled.
