He was born by the sea, in La Rochelle on the Atlantic coast of France, south of the Brittany. The sea has always been his passion and boats and travel as well. He has crossed the Atlantic, the Mediterranean, the Indian Ocean and the Carribean.
Of course, he loves sharing his passion with the people he has the opportunity to meet in his job. He loves nature, diving, reading, movies and good food.

15 years.
First on motor yachts in the Med as stewardess then on luxury sailing yachts (Swans and Wally) as Chef-Stewardess in Med and Caribbean.
The last five years, she managed a private Villa in Saint Tropez where working with a professional Chef was a real cooking training for her.
Comfortably preparing French, Italian or Créole cuisine,Brigitte is always ready to respond to guests tastes and preferences who are touched also by her kindness.
Now onboard TAHUATA she is very happy to work with Loïc and is looking forward to welcome new guests.
